Switch to Sweden is a national initiative that connects Swedish companies with highly qualified international talent already living in Sweden. The aim is to increase the number of successful matches by offering:
- Support for companies on how to recruit international professionals
- Guidance for international talent on navigating the Swedish job market
- Matchmaking activities that facilitate meaningful connections and employment opportunities, including an AI-powered matching tool, networking forums, and events
Switch to Sweden is led by Linköping Science Park and funded by Vinnova, Sweden’s innovation agency.

Anna Broeders
Talent & Community Manager
Anna Broeders is the Talent Manager and CHRO at Linköping Science Park in Linköping, Sweden. Her main focus is on strategic talent attraction and employer branding. She works to attract talent not only to the Science Park, but also to the region and the country – while also creating value for those already working within the park.
Before joining Linköping Science Park, Anna worked as a recruitment consultant specializing in tech talent. This background gives her a strong understanding of the needs and expectations of her target groups. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development, providing a solid academic foundation for her work.
