How the AI Matchmaking Tool Works
- Both companies and students answer the same skills and motivation form by registering a matching profile and answering the skill form.
Based on the company’s talent description, the tool identifies specific required and nice-to-have skills. We also draw skills from The O*NET Program, the primary U.S. database for occupational information. This database provides reliable data on the changing nature of work, helping us understand workforce needs and market trends.
Using this information, we can highlight the most in-demand skills in today’s labor market and improve matches between talent and employers.
Our AI then compares company and candidate profiles, generating a compatibility score:
- High match = strong potential fit
- Low match = no suggested connection
This process helps employers and talent connect faster, with a greater chance of a successful recruitment.
What Happens During and After a Meet & Greet
- Students and companies meet to explore collaboration, which could be a master’s thesis an internship or job opportunity
- Possible outcomes:
- Job interview
- Degree project or thesis collaboration
- Future recruitment discussions
- Next steps depend on both the company and the candidate.
