Frequently asked questions

The AI Matchmaking Tool works through a question form. The questions cover specific skills and motivational factors. Companies and students must fill out the same form and the answers are compared through the tool.
If there is a high degree of compatibility between the answers, it will be a positive match. If the answers of skills and interests are incompatible (the candidate does not have the skills or motivations that the company needs), then it will not be considered a match.
Through specific matchmaking activities, international students who are in Sweden and companies at a regional and/or national level will be able to get to know each other through a meet and greet. The selection process takes place through the AI Matchmaking tool where student profiles and talent profiles that companies need are evaluated. The idea is to provide a new opportunity to meet new international talents and companies in Sweden. Depending on the conversation, the company and the talent can decide if they would like to keep in touch or start a recruitment process.
We want talents and companies to explore potential opportunities such as job interviews, degree projects, or thesis. However, this process depends on both the company and the candidate.
Tell more about your company!
How does your team work or what do you consider essential to be able to work in Sweden? What is a normal work day like for you and what values and culture does your company have?
We assure you that students would appreciate being able to learn more about working life in your area of work.
Companies want to know who you are!
What are your hobbies and interests? What brought you to Sweden and where would you like to work? We also recommend not repeating information from your CV (they have access to it, don’t worry!).
You could focus more on thinking about how you can contribute in a unique way to each company you meet.
