Johanna is a business-minded leader with deep international and multicultural experience across various industries. She has a long track record of leading, developing, and building organizations and companies from both an HR and business perspective As CHRO at Coretura she’s building the team behind one of the most ambitious and anticipated software-defined vehicle platforms in the world. Bringing together talents to define a new industry standard with a can do mindset.
Additional experience:
- Started at AstraZeneca in 2001, where she spent over a decade attracting, recruiting, and relocating talents from around the world into Sweden but also between other countries.
- Built HR Functions including Global Mobility at several companies, including Geely in Gothenburg (CEVT and Geely Design), helping international hires settle and succeed in Sweden.
- Leads training in talent management, international recruitment, and Global Mobility — the practical side of making cross-border career moves work.
- Has run her own consultancy, Judkins Consulting AB, since 2012, advising companies on how to attract and retain international talent.

Linnéa works at the Swedish Institute, a public agency that promotes interest and trust in Sweden around the world. She is a marketing manager working with the brands Study in Sweden and Work in Sweden with a specific goal of retaining more international students in Sweden after their studies.

Greg is the founder of New to Sweden, a nonprofit organization working towards a more integrated and inclusive labour market where internationals can contribute and thrive. New to Sweden is focused on creating sustainable, long-term solutions by guiding international jobseekers with career guidance workshops, collaborating with employers (working with partners such as Google, Securitas, Vattenfall and Nordea), and engaging with Swedish communities on different inclusion initiatives.

Development Engineer - Tetra Pak
I came to Sweden in 2020 to pursue my PhD in Sensory Physiology at the Medical Faculty of Lund University. After completing my doctoral studies, I joined Tetra Pak as a Development Engineer. In my current role, I explore and evaluate technologies for measuring a wide range of parameters used to test our packages and packaging materials. Development of new measurement instruments and machine vision systems are something that I enjoy doing in my current role .
